2019 MGS Conference

Montana Gerontology Society’s 37th Annual Conference, “Aging Together in Montana: Something in Common” will be held April 4-5, 2019, in Helena at the Great Northern Hotel, 835 Great Northern Blvd. We are please to announce this year’s Keynote Speakers.

 

Danielle Arigoni, Director of Livable Communities at AARP, where she works to support AARP’s Network of Age-Friendly Communities — to create great places for all people of all ages.

 

 

 

Amelia Schafer, Executive Director of the Alzheimer’s Association Colorado Chapter where she has worked in leadership roles for the Alzheimer’s Association in  Oregon and Colorado for the last 19 years, including all aspects of care and support delivery across Colorado, as well as with health systems and physician advocacy.

 

 

Topics of interest will be presented for healthcare professionals, aging services providers, as well as seniors, family, friends and care partners. In addition to keynote speakers, there will be breakout sessions covering health issues, financial and legal issues, and dementia.
